My New Office!

Since we moved into our house three years ago, my writing space has been a desk in the hallway, just outside the bathroom/kid's bedrooms. It worked because I didn't think we had any other options.

For my 40th birthday this year, my husband told me that he would turn what we'd been using as a storage space into an office for me. I was super excited! The project was a big one, despite the small size of the area. Not to mention that my hubby had to do all the work on the weekends.

I took pictures of our progress along the way. And here is the end result. I LOVE this office!!!

Free Read - Bound Love

Happy October all you sexy people!! This is Queer Romance Month and I'm happy to be a part of the celebrations. While I don't primarily write queer romance, I do love writing about all kinds of relationships. Gay, lesbian, bi people are a part of our world and I feel should all be a part of our romance community as well. If you'd like to read my thoughts and the thoughts of many other romance writers on queer romance today, I encourage you to pop over and visit the Queer Romance Month website.

My article, Love Knows No Boundaries, can be found here.

To continue with the celebrations, I've decided to give away a PDF copy of my f/f short story, Bound Love, to anyone who'd like to have it! A vampire in heat...her Domme out to help her....Interested? Damn right you are! You can download the PDF here

(you will be asked to join my newsletter if you're not already. I promise not to spam!)

By keeping an open mind about love, the world will become a better place. And that's all I've got.

Contest - Quicksilver Soul Giveaway!

I was unfortunate enough to miss my plane to RT in New Orleans this year. It made me very sad. I'm still sad because I wanted to be there to give away some books!

Lucky for you, I can still do that from the comfort of my own computer chair. I'll be giving away an ARC paperback copy of QUICKSILVER SOUL to a lucky entrant. In the book, I've taken the rivalry between Tesla and Edison and turned it on it's head. It was a lot of fun to write and research. I'd love to know what some of your favourite rivalries? Batman vs. Superman? Mario vs Bowser? Freddy vs. Jason? Let me know!
